Cancellations, Returns and Warranty

1 STOP SPEED RETURN POLICY

1 STOP SPEED MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

  • THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OR REFUND ON CUSTOM BUILT ITEMS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BODYWORK, OR BERINGER BRAKES.
  • There will be NO CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR CASH REFUNDS. (Ie: Your monthly statement will NOT show any credit when you return an item) only your account with 1 Stop Speed will show a credit of merchandise or exchange for the same value.
  • ALL returns MUST HAVE A PRIOR Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. When calling or texting for a return authorization number, please have your invoice number ready. Returns will not be accepted without return approval.
  • Parts authorized for a return must be uninstalled and in original condition and have original packaging. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • Returns will be at the customer’s expense freight prepaid. All claims for shipping damage must be placed with the carrier.
  • If the return is not the error of 1 Stop Speed there is a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping in not refundable

Disclaimer of Warranties. 1 STOP SPEED MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER CONCERNING THESE PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD ON AN "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.

YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BORNE BY YOU. IF THIS PRODUCT PROVES DEFECTIVE AFTER PURCHASE, YOU, AND NOT 1 STOP SPEED NOR ANY DISTRIBUTOR OR RETAILER, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING AND/OR REPAIRS.

 

  1. Use of Product at Purchaser's Own Risk. You agree and acknowledge that the use, installation, and/or operation of this product shall be at your own risk and may result in severe injury, death, and/or damage to person or property.
  2. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT 1 STOP SPEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR LOSS OF USE, INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT'S USE, INSTALLATION, AND/OR PERFORMANCE, WHETHER SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY, AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, EVEN IF 1 STOP SPEED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT OTHERWISE LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST 1 STOP SPEED BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT.
